            Frank Agostino graduated cum laude from The City College of New York and cum laude from New York Law School. He holds the prestigious Masters Degree in taxation from New York University School of Law.
            Mr. Agostino was Internal Revenue Service District Counsel in Springfield, Illinois and Newark, New Jersey. He was also a Special Assistant United States Attorney for tax cases.
            Mr. Agostino concentrates on federal and state criminal and civil tax matters, and complex commercial transactions. He had been an adjunct professor on tax controversy at Seton Hall University and lectures widely on tax and commercial matters with the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, Rutgers University, Seton Hall University, and numerous professional organizations.
